Who we are
What we collect and why
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you submit, your name, your email address and your message, for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. We do not use this information for marketing or profiling, and we do not sell or share it.
How your data is processed
Contact form messages are transmitted through Resend, our email delivery provider, and received in mailboxes hosted by Namecheap Private Email. Both process this data on our behalf and under our instructions. The website is hosted by Replit, whose servers process basic technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages to you.
Some of these service providers process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where that happens, we take appropriate measures to ensure the transfer complies with applicable data protection law, for example by relying on an adequacy decision or approved safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and any natural follow-up, and we routinely delete enquiries within twelve months of closing them, unless a specific reason requires us to keep a message longer.
